Former Coca-Cola HR Director Bill established HR Company myHRdept in 2002 and was joined by Catherine as co-director in 2005. myHRdept supports more than 100 clients across sectors who have reinforced Bill & Catherine's belief that high quality recruitment services are few and far between. Escalate Recruitment was formed to provide high quality recruitment services to candidates and to clients, whether they be myHRdept clients or not



Catherine Larke Director

Having left a corporate HR career in FMCG (Coca Cola, Rank Hovis McDougall) legal and heavy industry, Catherine became a Director of myHRdept in 2005, building the business from an on-line only platform to the boutique, high quality HR provider it is today. With experience of recruitment as a candiate, recruiting as an internal HRM & acting for myHRdept clients she was aware of the often poor level of service provided by some recruiters. Her and Bill believed there was a need for a recruitment service that was professional and courteous to give both candidates and employers a thoroughly positive experience.

Robert Ally Recruitment Executive

Rob has 15 years experience in the recruitment industry and specialises in high tech and IT roles, though as with most natural recruiters he can and does turn his hand to other business support vacancies and has filled positions in HR, finance, sales and marketing.
