Looking for Software Developers with 5+ years’ experience working with Microsoft technologies within the .NET framework
The candidate should have substantial experience developing and maintaining scalable, robust, high performance enterprise solutions, using SOA and Test-Driven Methodologies in an Agile environment, ideally across a range of different clients and systems. 
Candidates must possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills to manage and complete multiple tasks quickly within the constraints of agreed timelines and budgets.

Role & Responsibility
Collect requirements/specifications from internal and external stake-holders
Breaking down program specification into its simplest elements and translating this logic into code
Combining all elements of the program design and testing it 
Prepare test cases and for unit testing and integration testing 
Testing sample data-sets to check that output from the program works as intended 
Follow coding standards and properly documenting code 
Perform and participate in code reviews to identify basic technical and logical errors 
Deploying the program into production 
Reacting to problems and correcting the program as necessary 
Evaluating and increasing the program's effectiveness 
Adapting the program to new requirements, as necessary 
Setting up or using a version control system, and manage control with file based assets and data 

Qualification & Skills Requirements 
(Mandatory) 5+ years of C# 
.NET 4.0/4.5 
5+ years of SQL Server 
2+ years of Cloud services, ideally Windows Azure 
Web API, Restful services 
Experience with nHibernate or Entity Framework 
Design patterns, SOLID principles, N-tier architectures 
Solid process understanding - AGILE, SCRUM, TDD 

Desirable Skills 
Front end - Javascript, angular.js, HTML5, CSS3 
Apache Spark

HR Director International, Professional Services, London (other locations possible) £85K plus benefits

Our client, a global brand owner and leader in the US, is searching for an ambitious HR Director who could be based in Central London or at any of their other UK offices mainly in the South of England. As well as possessing a market leading brand our client is geared for further growth stemming from its stable financial footing and impressive client base.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced UK HR generalist to gain international experience as the HR Director International will be responsible for the provision of HR services to our clients’ European teams and will have exposure to the US in addition to their UK HR remit. Our client is expanding in the UK and Europe rapidly through acquisition and so it is highly likely that our ideal candidate will have acquisitions experience within their 7+ years generalist HR experience, at least a couple of which will be at senior level, with team management experience.

Responsible for an expanding client base of 200+ in the professional services sector our HRD International will, via a close knit HR team, provide relevant HR solutions, advice and guidance to line and country managers and will contribute to and implement the Global People Manager’s HR strategy in all countries outside of the US.

While a full role spec shall be available to shortlisted candidates we are in summary looking for:

  • 7+ years UK HR generalist experience, at least 2 at senior level
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience of acquisitions preferred
  • Existing exposure to European labour markets would be attractive but not essential
  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) & with a good degree & ideally post grad qualifications
  • A great communicator with the ability to work at all levels including business consultants & leaders
  • A strong work ethic and an unwavering commitment to delivering the highest levels of HR service
  • A appetite to travel into Europe and the US from time to time
  • Resident in the UK with full right to work.

Conference / Event producer required for a fun, friendly professional membership organisation. We are a non-profit who is highly regarded and recognised within the industry.

Based in Central London and established for more than 30 years, the organisation attracts members nationally and internationally and provides networking platforms and forums across all functions. We are currently looking for a Conference Producer to join our events team who, between them, coordinate major industry B2B events across the country including large conferences, exhibitions, seminars, dinners, award schemes and ceremonies and study tours.

Our Conference Producer will have the necessary blend of research, planning, creativity, project management, people skills and intuitive management. Leading on agenda development and speaker acquisition, they will be responsible for making sure the intellectual content across our wide ranging events programme is relevant, interesting and dynamic. They will undertake end to end planning of events, with responsibility for committee management, budgetary management, management of key guests and VIPs and for setting and achieving event commercial targets plus post event analytics and learnings.

The successful candidate will work across teams, efficiently managing several events at once to the agreed brief, timescale and budget. From inception to completion, the role will include undertaking in-depth research to develop content-driven event programmes, high level speaker liaison and on-site management.

To be successful in the role, you will:

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience in a conference production role with an understanding of the key drivers to developing successful events
  • A thirst for knowledge for the real estate and retail property sector to develop content for events
  • Ability to capture the imagination of the target audience
  • An interest in researching current trends / topics / new and identifying high-level, influential industry experts
  • Have gained your experience in a B2B environment and ideally (though not essentially) in a membership organisation
  • Have a strong commercial focus and experience of managing budgets, and be as comfortable looking at post event analytics as you are looking after guests on the day
  • Have experience of managing agencies, contractors and suppliers
  • Be a multi-tasker, able to handle several concurrent projects whilst keeping track of details
  • Be eminently flexible – this is a small team, and everyone does whatever is necessary to support the team and company objectives
  • Excellent level of written English to enable quality copy writing, plus superb attention to detail
  • Comfortable to lead and manage a variety of committees
  • Project planning and management / multi-tasking skills with ability to deliver conflicting priorities to tight deadlines
